2- Types of Information Global NetFlow collects about you and how Global NetFlow collects information about you

3-How Global NetFlow Uses the Personal Information Collected About You and the Purposes of Collection and Use

We use the Personal Information we collect about you or that you provide to us for the following purposes:

For Functionality and Development of the Global NetFlow Platform and Services. We use information to provide, offer, and personalize the Platform and other Global NetFlow Services provided to you. Some information, such as your IP address, is used to communicate with your device, provide network connectivity, measure Platform usage levels, diagnose server issues, and provide security features. Other business purposes that rely on the use of your information include data analysis related to testing, modification, improvement, or development of new products, services, and technologies, and identifying trends. We use cookies to make our websites and the Platform function more efficiently and provide analytical information. Technologies similar to cookies, such as pixel tags, are also used in connection with the Platform. For more information about the use of cookies, please read our separate Cookie Policy.

For Customer Support, Platform Update, and Reporting. The Platform may use information to provide updates and reports to Global NetFlow and verify that the Platform is functioning properly. Update functions may automatically check your system to see if files need to be updated, modernized, or renewed to provide you with updated security, versions, features, options, and controls associated with your systems or devices. We rely on the information to analyze performance, improve, and maintain the Platform. We also rely on the Personal Information you provide to us to provide customer support for the Platform and other Global NetFlow Services, and to verify eligibility for promotional offers.

For Business Operations. We use information to operate our business, for example, to perform accounting, auditing, billing, reconciliation, and collection activities. Other business purposes that rely on the use of your Personal Information include monitoring and preventing crime or fraud, protecting our legal rights, and fulfilling contractual obligations. For Communication. 4-How Global Netflow Tecnologia Ltda Protects Your Information

11-International Compliance

Global Netflow Tecnologia Ltda is a global company headquartered in the United States.
